The 283 new homes are made a mix of one, two, three and four bedroom properties across four buildings, each five storeys in height, with attractive green open spaces, outdoor seating and children’s play areas.
The Wellheads Road project will contribute to a target of 2,000 additional local authority homes in the city – the biggest council house building programme in Aberdeen in more than 50 years.
