The proposal integrates new housing into an area rich with character. Part of the works will provide upgraded pedestrian links making the area safer and more pleasant linking Bonnington Road with Leith Walk. Responding to a Planning Development Brief for the site, this new build project will provide 150 new homes as well as retail spaces and business start up spaces which will contribute to the overall vibrancy of this part of Edinburgh.
