Halliday Fraser Munro obtained planning consent for the North-East’s first drive-thru coffee shop. The Starbucks at Altens is located close to a new IKEA ‘order and collect’ store and a Makro cash and carry outlet.
The building is single storey with a mono-pitch roof and is orientated east-west on the site with the drive-thru to the south and the main elevations to the north and west.
