Creating a new neighbourhood by regenerating an old paper mill site by the River Dee this phased masterplan has a mix of high quality affordable and for-sale properties. This quality scheme maintains historic features while providing additional connections to the river. Designed around a central square, it includes small scale retail and commercial units, defined streets and informal courts.
