The site was previously owned and occupied by South Lanarkshire Council and The University of the West of Scotland who have consolidated their respective landholdings to allow a major development in the form of an exciting residential led mixed use development in the heart of the town of Hamilton. We have worked with the landowners, council, and developers to develop a scheme which creates an attractive, vibrant and sustainable new neighbourhood of mixed tenure housing, based on the principals of high quality public open space and walkability.
