Halliday Fraser Murno are working closely with ETZ to develop the campus design, which has been led by three core principles: functionality, sustainability and collaboration. Buildings have been designed to accommodate a variety of functions including open plan and cellular workspaces, flexible meeting spaces, independent workshops and a large shared industrial facility. Strategies including carefully considered building forms, a limited palette of materials, integrated solar shading and efficient structural design, contribute towards ETZ’s vision for this exemplar low carbon development.
