Donside Urban Village was an ambitious project to regenerate a former paper mill site to provide 267 new homes, 146 of which were available for social rent while 121 were private for sale.
The development for Sanctuary Group involved Halliday Fraser Munro master planning the entire site and providing full architectural services through the duration of the project.
