Countesswells Development Framework established the principles for the creation of a residential-led mixed use development, supporting retail, service and community use. The school forms part of the northern public realm of retail units and public space facing the linear park with pedestrian linkages prioritised. The school is sited on a south facing slope and has the unusual feature of a roof terrace providing external learning for the upper level.
