The largest new-build stadium in Scotland for over a century has been designed to accommodate 20,000 seated spectators, providing an enhanced match-day experience. The single tier, fully enclosed Stadium will dramatically improve the atmosphere while minimising visual impact on the surrounding areas.
The community facilities will provide much needed space for a number of community groups, further community work done by Aberdeen FC Community Trust and provide wider economic and social economic benefits.
