Halliday Fraser Munro are delighted to have assisted M2 Dyce Limited to develop a plot within the highly successful D2 Business Park.  The development is the largest industrial development within the area in recent years, providing Oceaneering with a new purpose-built facility totalling 88,000 sq ft of warehouse and ancillary office space, along with an extensive external yard.

The new facility allows Oceaneering to centralise their operations, currently spread over a number of locations into a single facility, thereby increasing their operational efficiencies when their new base becomes operational towards the end of 2020.
