Planning has been secured on a new city centre quarter on the banks of the River Clyde. When complete the development will provide one million square feet of Grade A office space, residential accommodation and a mix of local amenities and landscaped public realm.

A new 470K sq. ft. purpose built, state of the art, Campus HQ for Barclays Bank is at the forefront of this regeneration project.

The ground floors and public realm will include a café, restaurant, crèche, touch down area and creative space.

The site is one of Scotland’s biggest ever construction projects, being situated short walk from Central Station will provide a stimulating and attractive environment in which to work, live and visit.
